Mô tả công việc
• Collect payment applications from departments, pass for reviewing, submit for approval
• Handle banking payment procedure, prepare banking documents for both loan disbursements and equity payments
• Follow up, monitor and report on payment status
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual Company budget, including periodic budget revisions as necessary or as required by management
• Monitor and analyze actual results against approved budget.
• Assist to prepare cash flow projections and reports for management.
• Assist in preparing and/or updating business plans
• Attend and participate in seminars, stay abreast of new trends and developments in the field of finance and accounting
• Assist Accounting Department in certain tasks as necessary or as assigned by Finance Controller
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Finance Controller and/or Finance Director
Yêu cầu
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
• Skills - Good communication, leadership and reporting skills, financial and analytical skills, forecasting, statistical analysis, financial planning and strategy
• At least two (2) years of finance or accounting experience
• Both independent and team worker
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Competent English skills for communication and report
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
• BA in finance / accounting
• Good knowledge of balance sheet account reconciliation. At least two (2) years working for a foreign company and/or multi-cultural environment
• Communicate well in English. Strong in database management/MS Excel
