About Icetea Software: Icetea Software is a provider of blockchain development and web3 migration services in Southeast Asia. We are committed to providing lifetime services to web3 builders, from ideation, planning, product design, coding, testing, deployment development, product operations and maintenance.
• Provide legal advice to the company on issues related to contracts, investment, labor, taxation, etc.
• Participate in drafting contracts, legal documents for the company.
• Review and assess legal documents prepared by other departments.
• Participate in contract negotiations with partners.
• Represent the company in resolving legal disputes.
• Support other regulatory activities as requested by the Board of Directors.
• Assist the Director's Assistant:
- Schedule appointments, organize tasks for the Director.
- Prepare documents, reports for the Director.
- Assist in guest reception.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
Yêu cầu
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in regulatory compliance or corporate law.
• Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Vietnamese corporate law, especially in areas related to contracts, investment, labor, and taxation.
Ability to research, analyze laws, and apply legal knowledge to practical work situations.
Experience in drafting contracts, legal documents such as sales contracts, labor contracts, internal legal documents, etc.
• Skills:
Strong writing skills, able to draft legal documents clearly, concisely, and accurately.
Organizational and effective task management skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams effectively.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Preferred:
Experience working in a multinational corporate environment, IT sector.
Possession of a lawyer's practicing certificate.
English communication is a big advantage.
