Chuyên Viên Pháp Lý - Legal Specialist Full-time 2024

JOB PURPOSES:
Legal Specialist will work closely with Legal Manager in managing & advising all information relation to legal issue, reviewing contracts support internal departments to resolve daily legal issue.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Licensing: Submit for the licenses and the procedures of terminating the operation of investment project, branch.
- Submit for the certificates of investment registration, branch registration
- Submit for the enterprise registration, the business lines supplement
- Implement the procedures of terminating, temporarily stopping the operation of investment project,the branches
+ Consultancy: Legal consultation for departments and sites.
- Consult on usual and unusual legal issues
- Join meeting with department, sites and related partner, contract negotiation
- Draft and present report to superior, managers as requested
+ Review contract:
- Legal review and approve following company policy on the Contracts from department, sites as assigned.
+ Affiliates support: Legal consult and Contract review for affiliates.
+ Litigation: Join in the legal support on litigation, Project, inspection, investigation from Authority and Group.
+ Others: Join in the support for unusual legal requirement
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• University graduated in Law field
• Lawyer certificate (if any)
• Minimum 4- 5-years experience as Legal Counsel or Legal Executive in a foreign companies and/or lawfirm similar industry experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of investment laws, civil law, enterprise laws and labor laws and contract management;
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving, law interpretation and implementation skills;
• Details oriented, strong communication skills;
• Highly proficiency in oral, writing and communications in both English and Vietnamese;
• Available to onboard asap
