• Theo dõi & quản lý các sản phẩm tài chính: Trái phiếu, Chứng chỉ quỹ...
• Nghiên cứu thị trường, thu thập thông tin về đối thủ cạnh tranh và nhu cầu của khách hàng trong sản phẩm dịch vụ tài chính liên quan.
• Nghiên cứu và cập nhật các văn bản pháp luật, quy định của các cơ quan quản lý liên quan đến các sản phẩm tài chính liên quan. Đồng thời, phối hợp với các phòng ban để bổ sung, cập nhật các quy trình liên quan khi có thay đổi từ các cơ quan chức năng.
• Lập & gửi báo cáo các cơ quan chức năng (SSC/VNX...) và các phòng ban liên quan khác (nếu có)
• Tham gia vào quá trình xây dựng quy trình quản lý, vận hành, kiểm thử sản phẩm mới.
• Hỗ trợ & đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho Môi giới trong quá trình giao dịch các sản phẩm tài chính của công ty.
• Nghiên cứu, đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm, tính năng ứng dụng trên hệ thống nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng khi giao dịch các sản phẩm tài chính của công ty.
• Các công việc khác theo điều phối, yêu cầu & phân công của Trưởng phòng, Ban
Giám Đốc (nếu có).
• Monitor and manage financial products, including bonds and mutual fund units.
• Conduct market research, gather information on competitors, and analyze customer demand related to financial products and services.
• Review and update legal documents and regulations issued by relevant regulatory authorities concerning financial products; coordinate with internal departments to revise and update internal processes in line with regulatory changes.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities (e.g., SSC, VNX) and relevant internal departments (if required).
• Participate in the development of processes for product management, operations, and testing of new financial products.
• Provide support and training to Brokers in executing transactions involving the company's financial products.
• Research and propose enhancements to products and system functionalities to better meet customer needs in trading financial products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and/or Board of Management.
• Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành kinh tế, tài chính, chứng khoán
• Có chứng chỉ hành nghề chứng khoán
• Ưu tiên hiểu biết cơ bản về Margin, Phái sinh.
• Sử dụng thành thạo MS office như Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Sử dụng tốt VBA là một lợi thế
• Khả năng đọc hiểu
Tiếng Anh tốt
• Có khả năng phân tích, lập kế hoạch dự án
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp & làm việc nhóm.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Securities, or related fields.
• Possession of a Securities Practicing License is required.
• Basic knowledge of margin trading and derivatives is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in VBA is an advantage.
• Good command of English, especially reading comprehension.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to plan and manage projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
