Mô tả công việc
• Find new customers
- Receive and screen potential customers from marketing campaigns and e-commerce sites.
- Call/email to introduce the company and products/services to potential customers received through the databases of selected e-commerce sites.
- Finding customers through personal relationships and commercial channels
• Customer service
- Identify and capture the needs of customers to introduce suitable products
- Convince customers to use the product, build customer trust in the business.
- Liaise with purchasing department and factory to prepare quotations for customers according to 24h quotation process
• Product development
- Work with purchasing department to build products that best meet customer needs both in terms of price and product quality.
- Research and learn in-depth about the products being sold (about market price, quality, composition of raw materials, etc.)
• Market research and development
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze useful information from orders and market information on the internet.
- In-depth knowledge of the necessary information in the market in charge to recommend products suitable for the market and ensure safety when trading in that market
- Coordinate with marketing staff to propose marketing programs and promotions in the market in charge.
• Perform other related tasks or as required
- Participate in drafting and translating contracts and documents as required
- Perform duties as directed by the Head of Department

Yêu cầu
• Knowledge
- Bachelor of business administration, international trade, Marketing or related disciplines or higher;
- Language: IELTs 6.5/ higher or equivalent in Spanish or study in Cuba
- Degree in computer or equivalent.
• Skills
- Listening, reading, speaking and writing skills in English and/or Spanish
- Skills in reading and drafting contracts
- Skills in analysis, synthesis, and reporting.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in office computers, able to use supporting software;
- Know the rules of international trade
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, solve work problems well.

- Sincerity, honesty;
- Good health;
- Decisive, mature, dynamic;
- Enthusiastic and passionate about professional work;
- Have a sense of discipline and high responsibility for work.
