Mô tả công việc
1. IMPORT JOB
- Receive documents from supplier and update to control file
- Prepare documents then send to FWD for import declaration
- Follow progress of customs declaration to ensure ETA factory
- Inform all related group when cargo arrive
- Check price and actual delivery of local suppliers, then prepare document for CDF
- Receive original invoice, transfer to accounting
- Get quotation for transportation, check, compare
- Arrange all documents to file after finishing import as per cargo
2. CUSTOMS JOB
- Set up Actual Production BOM basing on Engineering BOM and actual consumption
- Make Customs Invoice
- Corporate with manager/leader to make Material Inventory Finalization Report at year end (submit customs)
- Corporate with manager/leader to make monthly customs report (Material usage observation), track and trace the reason of gap
- Find solutions to solve problem of customs in accordance with law, regulation
- Corporate with members to take action responding to customs regulation change
Yêu cầu
1. Degree: Graduated from school of economics, trading
2. Job experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Import, Export Job
- Work in person the customs jobs:
+ Liquidation Report
+ Material Inventory Finalization Report (Submit to customs at year end)
+ Monthly Report of Material Inventory (Comparison the Accounting data and Customs data)
+ Setting Actual Production BOM in accordance with customs regulations
- Working at EPE company is one of advantage
- Wide knowledge of customs law (Circular, decree, instructions relating to customs and tax operation)
- Had ever experienced in customs audit is one of advantage.
- Good at Excel, English (4 skills)
