Mô tả công việc
• Ensure all backpack, schoolbag meet the company's quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential defects.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly. Investigate the root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
• Generate regular reports on quality metrics and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with production teams in both our own factory and subcontract factories to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage QC team, productivity, products, ensure completion of production plans and achievement of goals.
Yêu cầu
• College/University degree.
• Experience in the industries of juvenile products, garments, textile, shoes, apparels, etc.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
