Job Summary:
VinFast is seeking an EBOM Specialist to manage EBOM & Engineering Change Management process during the development and execution of vehicle programs, ensuring alignment with program goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role involves coordination across modules and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure BOM accuracy & comply with VinFast procedure.
Location: Ha Noi
Department: EBOM data & Vehicle configuration Department / Data Management
Reports To: EBOM Leader
Key Responsibilities:
1. EBOM Management
- Understand EBOM structure & logic and how to build it in Teamcenter system
- Understand and guide engineering team to comply with VinFast rules as mandatory part/ BOM attributes: Purchase Level VinFast, Torque information, ...
- Understand workflow & information from engineering team and manage BOM quality
- Understand supper BOM management concept and BOM configuration
- Clarify any issues, gaps between EBOM & MBOM, EBOM & Feature list, ...
- Set up SOR process & assignment list in Teamcenter system
2. Engineering Change Management
- Understand ECR process & requirements to control ECR quality
- Set up ECR process, assignment list in Teamcenter system
- Manage Pre-CAB, CAB meeting to get approval for any engineering change proposals
- Teamwork with engineering, IT, MBOM, Manufacturing to ensure fluent communication for any changes
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field such engineering
- From 1-2 years' experience with Supply Chain Management fields, preferably at Automotive Company
- Good knowledge with PLM Teamcenter systems and MS Office
- Good experience with Engineering or/ and Engineering Change management. Good analytical thinking.
- Relevant experience in BOM Management or Engineering Change Management in Automotive Company is an advantage
- Proficient in English
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills
