Mô tả công việc
- Ensure the quality of service within the Operation department by evaluating and monitoring service processes.
- Evaluate, monitor, and compile service & call statistics, proposing necessary measures to maintain service standards and quality.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Staff to develop and implement Service & Call quality improvements.
- Develop and establish KPI targets and documentation for skill training programs for employees.
- Participate in training and retraining personnel to ensure service excellence.
- Report and propose ideas and new strategies to enhance service performance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administrator, Logistics or a related field.
At least 3 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Working experiences in Grab, BE, Xanh SM, Ahamove,... is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and quality metrics is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and provide support.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for design content and idea translation.
