Mô tả công việc
1. Day-to-Day Campaign Operations
- Lead the day-to-day running of paid media activity across all Zeder brands and markets, ensuring campaigns are live, funded, and performing as intended.
- Own campaign implementation, launch management, and operational performance standards from brief through to delivery.
- Run daily and weekly optimisation routines across accounts, including bids, budgets, placements, audiences, negatives, and creative rotation.
- Oversee account structure, campaign hygiene, naming conventions, and implementation accuracy across all platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and identify issues, risks, or opportunities early, before they affect results.
- Troubleshoot account, performance, tracking, delivery, or billing issues and resolve them before they escalate.
- Ensure campaign changes, launches, and tests are delivered correctly and on time, including around promotional and seasonal periods.
- Carry a full hands-on workload alongside the senior duties of the role - this position performs the same day-to-day campaign build, management, and optimisation functions as a PPC Specialist, in addition to leading operations within the team.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Coordinators on campaign build support, ad copy production, asset organisation, and publishing follow-up, providing clear briefs and reviewing the output.
2. Paid Search Execution
- Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display.
- Conduct keyword research, build out negative keyword governance, and manage search term hygiene across accounts.
- Brief the Performance Marketing Coordinators on ad copy, assets, extensions, and sitelinks, then review, approve, and test what comes back to make sure it converts for each brand and market.
- Manage Google Merchant Centre and product feed health, including disapprovals, feed rules, and product data quality.
- Set and adjust bidding strategies, and know when to override platform automation rather than defaulting to it.
3. Paid Social Execution
- Build, manage, and optimise Meta & TikTok campaigns (and other social platforms as required) across prospecting, retargeting, and catalogue activity.
- Manage audience strategy including custom audiences, lookalikes, exclusions, and retargeting windows.
- Brief creative and copy through the Performance Marketing Coordinators and brand team, then test and rotate it, acting on creative fatigue signals.
- Manage catalogue and Advantage+ setups, ensuring product feeds and events are correctly connected.
- Manage ad account structure, spend limits, billing thresholds, and account health across brands and regions.
4. Budget Management & Pacing
- Manage day-to-day budget allocation and pacing across brands, markets, and platforms within the agreed strategic framework.
- Reallocate spend towards the best-performing activity and flag underperformance or overspend early.
- Ensure monthly budgets land on target, with no unplanned underspend at month end and no blown budgets mid-promotion.
- Support forecasting and scenario planning for promotional periods, product launches, and seasonal demand.
5. Tracking, Measurement & Data Integrity
- Own the integrity of conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and server-side or CAPI setups.
- Set up and maintain conversion actions, pixels, events, UTMs, and audience tracking, and QA them before launch.
- Identify and explain discrepancies between platform-reported and analytics-reported performance.
- Ensure attribution settings, conversion windows, and reporting definitions are consistent and understood across the team.
6. Testing & Optimisation
- Own a structured testing program across ad copy, creative, audiences, landing pages, bid strategies, and campaign structure, setting the test agenda and briefing the copy and creative required to run it.
- Define clear hypotheses, run tests to statistical validity, and document outcomes and learnings.
- Work with the content and web teams on landing page performance and conversion rate, not just click acquisition.
- Continuously refine account performance rather than waiting for scheduled review cycles.
7. Reporting & Insights
- Produce regular performance reporting (weekly, monthly, campaign wrap-ups) covering KPIs such as spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, impression share, and revenue contribution.
- Lead reporting with insight and recommended action, not screenshots of platform dashboards.
- Surface tactical learnings, performance patterns, and operational recommendations back to the Head of Performance Marketing.
- Monitor competitor activity through auction insights, ad libraries, and share of voice tracking.
8. Team Support & Mentoring
- Support and lead PPC operations within the team, setting the standard for execution quality and platform discipline.
- Mentor PPC team members and lift their execution quality, decision-making, and platform knowledge.
- Review work completed by PPC Specialists and guide stronger optimisation practices.
- Translate PPC strategy into campaign actions, platform priorities, and clear execution plans for the team.
- Contribute to process, documentation, SOPs, launch checklists, and QA standards across the function.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain alignment with creative, content, analytics, merchandising, ecommerce, and website stakeholders.
- Liaise with platform representatives, agencies, and external vendors, and hold them accountable to agreed outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with specialists, leads, and stakeholders on progress, performance, and blockers.
- Help ensure paid activity consistently supports business goals and performance targets.
