Mô tả công việc
I. Operations Analysis & Improvement
Conduct on-site surveys at sale locations to identify problems needing improvement and inconsistent processes. Evaluate operations and propose enhancements.
Collaborate with department managers to design optimal operating models: work shifts, product displays, supermarket branding, inventory, and violation handling.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to update processes in alignment with real-world needs.
II. System Consultation & Technology Implementation
Analyze business requirements and recommend digital solutions (internal ERP).
Document processes and coordinate with Tech team to implement tools such as dashboards, approval workflows, and monitoring systems.
Test, evaluate effectiveness, and refine post-implementation.
Ensure processes are properly executed within the system.
III. User Support & Training
Provide guidance and training to shop managers and office staff on using appropriate tools.
Serve as a liaison between users and the Tech team to resolve system issues.
Support optimal use of the system in daily operations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or other related majors
From 2-3 years of experience in the same position, have experience in retail company
Strong understanding of business processes and information management systems in enterprise
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Communicate fluently in English or Chinese
