About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and reliable Education Counsellor who's eager to learn, grow, and support students in their education journey. No experience is needed, we'll provide full training. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Guide students on choosing courses, institutions, and education pathways
Support clients through the application and visa process (training provided)
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and in-person
Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, successful student outcomes
Yêu cầu
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eager to learn and able to follow structured processes
Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible
Fluent in English (other languages a bonus)
Basic computer and admin skills
Willing to work long term
Must be located in commutable distance to Hanoi Capital Region, Vietnam
