Point Avenue is a character development focused Ed-tech company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Senior Course Consultants are the backbone of our programs. You are key support personnel whose primary responsibilities lay in being specialists and program subject matter experts within their assigned programs, providing customer relations assistance to parents and students, liaising them with teachers and managers and managing your team to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Sales & Enrollment
- Follow-up to convert from potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales target.
- Arrange diagnostic tests and meeting with customers.
- Consult of prospective students and their families to offer the suitable course based on customers' needs, and students' information.
- Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance and documents to the Accounting Department.
2. Customer relation management
- Handle customer's inquiries.
- Timely communicate with the internal team and make suggestions to improve organization.
- Provide good after sales service to have a high parent/ student referral source.
3. Administration
- Arrange class for students.
- Translate and interpret feedback/program information to support teacher teams.
- Collaborate with teachers to conduct parent teacher conferences.
- Organize and assist in PA exhibitions/workshops and other educational events.
4. Team management
- Conduct market research and make sales plan for your team.
- Train team member to achieve team-sales target.
5. Other tasks assigned by the first-line supervisor.
Work location:
- Cau Giay Center, 2nd & 3rd floor CT1 Building, Yen Hoa Park View, 3, Vu Pham Ham street, Cau Giay Dist., Ha Noi
- Long Bien Center, 60 Chu Huy Man St., Sai Dong New Urban Area, Long Bien Dist., Ha Noi
Working schedule:
- 5 days/ week during regular Fall & Spring term (off Mon and Thur or Tue and Fri)
- 6 days/ week if joining the summer & winter camp (day off will be advised later)
Working time:
- Spring/Fall:
+ Weekday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
+ Weekend: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Summer/Winter: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
Bachelor degree from accredited university
2. Language requirement:
- Fluency in Vietnamese + good in English
- Advance in Korean is preferred
3. Work experience:
- At least 3-year experience in sales/customer service or 2-year working experience in the education sales industry.
- Open to entry-level candidates.
4. Skills and attitude:
- Strong translation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and target.
- High customer service mindset.
- Experience managing teams and support team member to achieve results
- Well team-player
