1. Main Duties:
- Talent Acquisition
· Coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, understand the role and key attributes required
· Sourcing potential candidate from different channels (social plaforms, professional networks..)
· Determine selection criterias

· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
· Extend offers to successful candidates and package negotiations
· Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System
· Track and manage recruitment datas and system
- Employer Brand Inititives
· Communicate employer brand activities across all channels
· Ensure that the employer brand is consistently and effectively represented both internally and externally.
· Create a positive perception of the company culture through daily operations and successful hiring.
2. Other tasks which are related to the above listed responsibilities
Yêu cầu
- At least 03 years experience in the same role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Good at public speaking and organization skills
- Positive energy and strong problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
