JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Operation Executive, you will be responsible to ensure the highest quality of processing orders through providing excellent solutions for issues, assigning work to the team and making priorities to ensure efficiency and productivity in maintenance while serving our customers in a professional manner.
Manage the day to day operation within your assigned team including process escalating, quality checking
Update information, track orders and work with recipients on orders
Send orders for Florist team
Control timeline, urge Florist team/ Provider to follow the schedule
Check product quality before delivery
Maintain a professional workspace ensuring quality products been delivered to customers on time
Support effective communication across the departments and creating a positive work environment
Dispatch order delivery to ensure timely customer requests
Solve problems arising during processing orders
Follow any other tasks assigned by office manager/CEO
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1-2 years operation experience
Must be English speaking working with foreigner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Highly responsible, proactive attitude, hardworking, methodical and very structured, able to work both independently and within a team
Skills in listening, problem solving, conflict handling as well as analysis, planning, management of competing priorities to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines, creativity in seeking new and better solutions, and forward thinking
Super organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment
Detail-oriented
Logical thinking
Problem-solving skill, high collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions
