1. Quotation
- Responsible for providing quotations for all requests related to import and logistics services for the Company's clients, in strict compliance with the Company's established procedures and regulations.
2. Customs Documentation & Compliance
- Responsible for handling all customs clearance procedures and obtaining specialized inspection permits/licenses for import and export shipments assigned by the Company, including those of Gia Linh customers.
3. System Management & Shipment Tracking
- Create and maintain Job Files in the FAST system for all assigned shipments, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer information, revenue, and cost data.
- Coordinate and finalize service agreements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the Company's transportation and logistics service providers.
4. Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Assist the Team Leader in preparing and completing application dossiers for import licenses, product registrations, product declarations, self-declarations, and other regulatory compliance requirements as assigned.
5. Internal Reporting & Problem Resolution
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Economics, International Business, Import-Export, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Import-Export Operations, or a related industry.
Good command of English, particularly in reading, writing, and professional business correspondence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of learning new operational systems quickly.
