Manage import and export plan for buyer accounts assigned
· Coordinate and supervise import export plan, shipment bookings, and documentation procedure to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
· Monitor shipment status and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure on-time shipment delivery.
· Solve the issues related to assigned buyer accounts with all related parties to keep effectiveness during import export operation.
Support team members and general objectives in operation and sales achievement
· Training, sharing experience and workloads with team members in daily operations to enhance productivity, accuracy, and service performance.
· Follow and align with cross-functional teams to complete the weekly/ monthly report and sales achievement.
Ensure the clean, process, accuracy, LEAN and service performance according to 5S policy.
Cost Saving Implementation
· Cost checking and ensure payment reasonable during payment procedure with vendors, services providers.
· Deliver coordination to optimize routs and effective arrangement with factories for low cost per nominated account.
· Negotiate and cost analyzation alert to support to the line managers for data-driven decision making.
Accounting scope
· Follow VAT invoice issued timely and fully to ensure tax regulation for export shipments.
· Draft & work on LC & re-act on adjustments or requirements from the bank for import shipments.
· Sales track & monitor the departures monthly for assigned accounts to obtain sales achievements.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Import-Export, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Import-Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, customs regulations, and Certificate of Origin (C/O) requirements.
Good knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively with customs authorities, freight forwarders, transportation providers, and internal departments.
Familiarity with ERP systems and customs declaration software is preferred.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
