- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies.
+ Create comprehensive marketing plans for the cinema chain including promotions for new releases, special events, and loyalty programs.
+ Conduct market research and analyze trends to propose strategies aligned with Vietnamese audience preferences.
- Brand Management:
+ Ensure consistent, professional, and engaging brand representation for the cinema chain.
+ Develop creative communication campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Manage Advertising and Communication Campaigns:
+ Plan and execute advertising campaigns across multiple channels (offline and online), including social media, press, TVCs, KOLs/Influencers, and
digital marketing platforms.
+ Collaborate with partners to ensure high-impact promotional campaigns.
- Enhance Customer Experience:
+ Design loyalty programs, promotions, and incentives to increase customer visits to cinemas.
+ Analyze customer behavior to personalize marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management and Reporting:
+ Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
+ Measure and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience for Specialist Role.
- Preference for candidates with experience in cinema, film distribution, or entertainment industries.
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer trends in the entertainment sector.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders (distributors, KOLs, agencies).
