Mô tả công việc
Consult potential parents and students about academic programmers of each school in the CIS System, recognizes each student's needs to give focused consulting which help parents choose a suitable academic environment for the student.
Receive potential customers via email, Facebook, text message, introduction, and takes care of customers as guided in the admission procedure.
Guide parents to go on school tours: introduces activities happening on-site, explains the educational and humanitarian significance of school activities.
Be responsible for the assigned admission targets.
Incorporate with staff from other departments to make sure that students are in the best care. Job Description
Update potential and current customers onto the customer management system, making sure that the information is collected correctly and completely.
Record all students' documents during the enrollment process
Regularly reports about admission status.
Assist parents in completing enrollment documents (application forms,...)
Assist Canadian teachers in communicating with parents after getting the assessment result.
Inform test results to parents and assist parents in contacting relevant departments to complete necessary steps for the enrollment procedure (accounting, school services, academic services, etc.)
Transfer completed student's record to Academic Services Office for managing and greeting new student entries.
Receive feedback and inquiries from parents and contact the relevant departments to address parent feedback.
Monitor, record paperwork relating to the processing of comments from parents.
Follow-up the potential parents to make sure that parents are well-informed with school news and promotions.
Support school events/ activities.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or higher education in Sales, PR Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
At least 2 years of working experience in similar positions
Master at Korean language is an advantage
Excellent English and Korean language skills is a plus.
Have experience in building relationships in school communities.
Understand parents and student's thoughts and needs.
Have good communication skills, negotiation skills.
Be enthusiastic, dynamic
Be able to work under pressure
