Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical assistance to the project
- Prepare construction estimated costs
- Assist to organize/execute relevant technical works
- Provide information for Marketing Department to serve clients
- Prepare bidding procedures and construction contracts, etc.
- Supervise contractors on site and prepare reports etc.
- Investigate and solve problems on the infrastructure/construction works
- Conduct regular site visits and supervision of construction works
Yêu cầu
- M-Tech/ B-Tech in civil engineering with minimum ten ( 10) years experience in related works at site.
- Experience in Project management
- Experience in preparing, evaluating and awarding tenders
- Experience in various fields of engineering such as construction, electricity, mechanics, survey.
- Ability to use advanced technical software.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management
- Self-motivated, strong initiative and flexible
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good spoken and written English
