JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Checking the Civil design (including but not limited the infrastructure, transportation, drainage system, soft soil treatment, bridge, ...)
2. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities,
Examining, comparing and clarifying BOQ of tenderers
3. Inspect, report the project status and keep proposed schedule
4. Coordinate with M&E Engineer, Utilities Engineer, Architect in order to ensure the unique design under relevant law and as requirement of Investor.
5. Abide Investor's requirement and all applicable standards or specification.
6. To assist and provide technical support and solutions to Investor, Consultant, Contractors.
7. Coordinate and provide engineering and technical supports to Construction team related to site construction matter.
8. Undertake cost analysis for new construction, repair and maintenance works
9. Perform risk management, value engineering and cost control.
10. Prepare and analyze cost for change orders and contractual claims
11. Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
12. Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor degree of related majors in related Engineering disciplines.
2. Minimums 7 years experience in equivalent position.
3. Understanding of design work and Experience in construction in infrastructure, transportation, drainage system, soft soil treatment, bridge, ...
4. English: (listening, speaking, reading, writing): good.
5. Office software: Word, Excel, Project, Power point, Auto cad, CIVIL 3D, Internet ... and design applications, calculations support for work.
6. Ability to organize, manage, control work
7. Ability to work independently, interact and coordinate well
8. Ability to handle work accurately, carefully, meticulously and on schedule
9. Being able to react quickly, under good pressure.
10. There are progressive spirit.
11. High responsibility for work, ensuring completion according to assigned schedule
