Job Purpose
Claims Investigator is set up for purpose to find out evidences in order to ensure the accuracy, transparency and fairness for claim payment decision. In the other side, Claim investigation also helps to discover and prevent fraud cases of life assurance.
Job Responsibility:
• Conduct investigations to find out information, documents and evidences in order to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, transparency, fairness and high reliability for Claims assessors to make claim payment decision.
• Hasten the time to solve claim request to bring experience services to customer.
• Establish the relationship with hospitals, health bases and police bodies to get evidences with the best convenience.
• Support claim investigation Manager to build Operation Manual, Internal guideline to build the claim investigation process more efficiently.
• Support training for new claim investigator (on the job training).
• Participate in training courses and seminars to improve knowledge & professional qualification.
• Support colleagues and other departments upon request.
• Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any)
