Handling claim cases. Assure service quality and turn-around time for daily tasks of claim handling jobs
Job assignment to team members, and being responsible for closely monitoring the work progress and performance of team members. Training team members.
Handling customer complaints related to claim process
Responsible for claim reports and update claim trends to Department Head
Building and updating claim guidelines, process, standard operation procedures (SOPs) to maintain and enhance the efficiency of claim jobs
System maintaining and enhancement (managing claim user menu roles, defect fixing building claim functions,...) and get involve in product development related to Claim functions (raise user requirement, process UAT testing, ..) or other jobs as assigned

Yêu cầu
University degree. Major in Medical or Business management/Insurance/Banking or is preferable
Working experience in operation, claim jobs for at least 05 years
Having experience in claim jobs and operation in life insurance & knowledge of insurance products
Knowledge of foreign languages (Chinese or English) is an advantage
Having LOMA certification is an advantage.
