AIG's history in Vietnam began in the 1920s, but a targeted approach was made in early 2006 to establish a non-life insurance presence in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, when it was granted a license to operate in the country. AIG Vietnam is the first wholly-owned American general insurer in Vietnam. As a Client and Broker Engagement Manager, you will report to Head of Distribution & Chief Executive Officer.
You will have the opportunity to work with Profit Center Managers to develop and execute profitable growth strategies for all line of business at AIG Vietnam. You will also work cross-functionally with other department as Claims, General Management, Regional management and Profit Center Field's as required.

As a Leader, you are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes.
The Roles:
- Work with Head of Distribution and Profit Center Managers to develop and execute profitable growth strategies for Broker & Reinsurance Channels to maximize premium growth opportunities in targeted segments.
- Manage and maintain the responsibility of the coordination, communication and implementation of Sales & Marketing initiatives.
- Works cross-functionally with other department as Claims, General Management, Regional management and Profit Center Field's as required.

- Bachelor Degree
- Possess good relationship and connection with International Brokers and Reinsurance network
- Skills required: Strategic thinking, Result-Oriented and Effective Communication.
- Min. 10 years in general insurance market.
