Business Analysis & Support:
Analyze business activities in collaboration with clients to achieve profit and business goals.
Support new clients during the initial cooperation phase to ensure smooth onboarding.
Business Development Opportunities:
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to propose solutions.
Issue Resolution & Relationship Management:
Handle client inquiries and complaints effectively.
Maintain close relationships and act as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.
Needs Assessment & Internal Coordination:
Understand client needs and preferences.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments to meet client requirements.
Service & Contract Oversight:
Monitor service performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Manage contracts, support negotiations, and promote contract renewals.
Market Insights & Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
Propose improvements based on client feedback and market insights.
Team Management & Development:
Assign tasks, supervise execution, and evaluate staff performance.
Provide training, propose promotions/transfers, and develop succession plans.

Job Requirements:
Gender/Health/Appearance: Male or Female, good health, presentable appearance.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Pharmacy. Additional certifications in marketing or sales analysis are a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of products and client business operations.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Project management and business analysis capabilities.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role.
Other Requirements:
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
