Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager collaborates with the Chief of Commercial Officer to drive growth solutions for diverse partners, from multinational corporations to local sellers.

Growth for Other Incomes:

Devise a comprehensive strategy to expand Other Incomes through the implementation of platform growth solutions, such as Display packages, Data packages, and store development solutions.
Foster strong relationships with partners, actively engaging and managing them to secure lucrative deals that contribute to Other Income generation.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling and effective communication materials, tailored to meet the specific needs of partners.
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of campaigns and projects.
Oversee the implementation of campaign plans, utilizing efficient project management techniques to achieve desired results.

2. Online Training Solution:

Introduce and integrate an online training solution as part of the growth strategy for partners. Develop a comprehensive plan for incorporating online training services into the platform's offerings.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate relevant and impactful training content.
Coordinate with the design and technical teams to create a user-friendly and engaging online training interface.
Implement strategies to promote the adoption of online training solutions among partners, ensuring they fully leverage the benefits.

3. Finance:

Contribute to monthly budget planning and take responsibility for its effective management within the assigned projects.
Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize budget allocation and drive growth initiatives efficiently.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing, e-commerce or tech environment. Experience with partner management, business development, and revenue generation will be advantageous.
Strategic thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies that drive Other Income generation and contribute to overall business success.
Relationship management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with partners, promoting collaboration and successful deal closures.
Project management: Proficiency in project management to oversee campaign plans and ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
Financial acumen: Understanding of budget planning and management, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing trends, e-commerce, and the broader business landscape to stay ahead in the competitive market.
Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PP), Power BI is a plus.
