Cloud DevOps Engineer CDS

• Manage Linux operating systems, including system configuration and image creation.
• Establish and execute data backup and restore procedures to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
• Manage and optimize databases including RDS MySQL and AuroraDB, monitor database performance, and improve query efficiency.
• Configure and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, including networking, computing, routing, and firewall management.
• Manage and configure AWS services such as AWS Landing Zone, VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, ELB, EKS, ECR, API Gateway, AWS WAF, and CloudWatch.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Amazon EKS, including Ingress configuration and Blue-Green deployment strategies.
• Utilize Kubernetes tools such as Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA), Kubernetes Dashboard, and Helm Charts for application deployment and management.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Integrate tools such as SonarQube for code quality analysis and Nexus for artifact repository management.
• Configure and manage network and security components including Akamai CDN and WAF services.
• Configure IPSec VPN connections and manage routing protocols such as BGP.
• Monitor system performance and logs using monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog.
• Implement monitoring solutions including APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, and alert management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project communication using tools such as Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Configure and manage NGINX as a reverse proxy for web services.

Working hours

Monday - Friday (8 hours/day), from 1PM to 10PM (including 1 hour meal break) due to USA' s project

[Required]

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• English proficiency minimum Toeic 450 (with speaking grade 160 or above) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes and EKS.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic or Datadog.
• Understanding of networking concepts, VPN configuration, and cloud security practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication ability.

[Preferred]

• Experience working with database systems such as MySQL, RDS, or AuroraDB.
• Experience with CDN and WAF services such as Akamai.
• Experience working with artifact repositories such as Nexus and code quality tools such as SonarQube.
• Experience managing Kubernetes deployments using Helm Charts.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
