Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile BI & AI Business Analyst to drive data intelligence within the Cluedoo ecosystem. This hybrid role (approximately 50% Business Intelligence / 50% Artificial Intelligence) focuses on unlocking the full value of ERP data. You will design robust BI reporting solutions and dashboards as Odoo modules, while also integrating AI technologies to power predictive analytics, automated insights, and smart data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture:
Architect and design integrated Business Intelligence and AI solutions to be deployed as scalable Odoo modules.
Product Delivery:
Partner closely with the development team to translate data-driven business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring flawless product execution.
Methodology & Strategy:
Formulate robust methodologies and high-value use cases that leverage both advanced data analytics (BI dashboards/reporting) and AI automation within Odoo.
Enablement & Training:
Drive product adoption by training internal teams and clients on utilizing BI dashboards and AI insights for strategic decision-making.
Mandatory Requirements
Demonstrated experience in implementing BI reporting frameworks as well as AI-enhanced systems.
Strong understanding of data visualization and BI principles, seamlessly paired with knowledge of modern AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents, workflows, MCP).
Solid foundational knowledge of system architecture, data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise data security.
Professional-level English communication skills for highly effective stakeholder management.
Note: Hands-on programming/coding is not required; however, a high degree of technical fluency regarding data and systems is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with Odoo or other major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Strong grasp of core enterprise business processes and the key metrics/KPIs used to measure them.
Previous background in business intelligence consulting, data analytics, or technology advisory.
