Mô tả công việc
1. Operation
Prepare ingredients, cook, and present meals for the staff canteen according to recipes and quality standards.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent food quality.
Check the taste, texture, and appearance of dishes before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the canteen kitchen section and equipment.
Assist in monitoring inventory of cooking ingredients and report supply needs.
Minimize wastage and control food costs within the canteen kitchen.
2. Health, Safety & Compliance
Follow HACCP and hotel hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items and ingredients.
Report any hygiene, safety, or equipment issues to the Supervisor immediately.

Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
