Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute business strategies across multiple hotels
• Align operations with brand standards and ownership goals
• Drive long-term growth and market positioning Financial Management
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L for all properties
• Maximize ADR, and occupancy
• Control costs while maintaining service standards Operations Oversight
• Ensure consistency in guest experience
• Monitor quality assurance and brand compliance
• Supervise department heads and property GMs Sales & Revenue
• Partner with Directors of Sales and Revenue Managers
• Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
• Drive group, corporate, and leisure business People Leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate property leadership teams
• Build strong culture and employee engagement
• Oversee succession planning Owner & Stakeholder Relations
• Report performance metrics to ownership/investors
• Present strategic plans and capital expenditure proposals
• Maintain strong community relationships
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Experience Education
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or advanced hospitality certification (preferred) Experience
• 8-15+ years in hotel management
• Prior experience as a Hotel General Manager
• Multi-property or cluster leadership experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience with membership program like Marriott Bonvoy.
2. Key Skills & Competencies

• Multi-unit leadership capability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Crisis management and problem-solving ability
• Data-driven decision-making
• Deep understanding of hospitality KPIs
• Familiar with EzCloud, Misa, POS and other hotel management softwares.

4. Compensation Range
• Base Salary: 80M VND +
• Bonus incentives tied to financial performance
