Mô tả công việc
1. Cluster Security Operations
Supervise assigned shifts and ensure Security personnel are properly briefed, deployed, groomed, and equipped before commencing duty.
Conduct shift handovers, allocate posts and patrols, communicate expected arrivals, VIPs, groups, events, and identified risks, and follow up all outstanding matters.
Monitor guest areas, back-of-house areas, perimeter, pools, loading and receiving points, and other assigned locations through regular patrols and control-room observation.
Adjust daily deployment within authorised manpower according to business levels, events, breaks, incidents, and operational priorities, and report any coverage gap to the Cluster Security Manager.
Enforce access control, key control, and visitor, vendor, and contractor procedures; verify identification and authorisation and report any breach or irregularity.
Check CCTV, alarms, radios, panic systems, lighting, and other security equipment during each shift and promptly report defects for rectification.
Review patrol, key, visitor, contractor, and control-room logs for completeness and accuracy, and correct non-compliance immediately.
Take initial command of accidents, disturbances, theft, threats, medical cases, missing persons, suspicious items, and other incidents until relieved by the Cluster Security Manager or senior management.
Secure incident scenes, preserve evidence, review CCTV when authorised, obtain factual information, and prepare clear, timely incident reports for management review.
Maintain accurate shift records, occurrence books, incident files, key registers, and statutory documentation in accordance with confidentiality and retention requirements.
Identify recurring incidents, losses, unsafe conditions, or procedural weaknesses and recommend preventive or corrective action to the Cluster Security Manager.
Coordinate operationally with police, fire, emergency medical services, local authorities, and island partners when authorised or required during an emergency.
Support implementation and testing of Emergency Response and Crisis Management procedures, including fire, evacuation, bomb threat, severe weather, power outage, medical emergency, and missing-child scenarios.
Participate in fire and life-safety inspections, drills, and corrective-action follow-up with Engineering and relevant departments, reporting unresolved risks promptly.
Implement approved security arrangements for VIPs, groups, events, cash movements, and other higher-risk activities while protecting privacy and guest experience.
Ensure safeguarding procedures for children and vulnerable guests are followed, including pool-safety escalation, missing-child response, and authorised handover controls.
Support contingency responses for island access, severe weather, cable-car or marine transport disruption, and emergency evacuation in accordance with management instructions.
Conduct shift briefings, on-the-job coaching, and refresher training in patrol standards, access control, incident reporting, emergency response, fire safety, first aid, de-escalation, and guest-sensitive conduct.
Monitor attendance, conduct, and performance of Security personnel and contractors; document concerns and refer coaching, recognition, or disciplinary matters to the Cluster Security Manager.
Control the responsible issue and use of radios, keys, torches, first-aid items, and other operating supplies, and report replacement or purchasing needs within approved procedures.
Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform, appearance, and posture throughout the shift and demonstrate a calm, visible supervisory presence.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Cluster Security Manager or Management of the Hotels.
2. General Duties
Health and Safety: Ensure all actual and potential hazards are controlled and reported immediately. Be fully conversant with hotel emergency procedures. Ensure personnel and contractors work safely. Apply safe work practices according to Accor HSE policies.
Divulging of Company Information: Strictly maintain confidentiality regarding hotel operations, guests, employees, and security systems.
To be fully conversant with: Hotel fire, evacuation, emergency, access-control, CCTV, and incident-management procedures; Hotel Health & Safety policies; Facilities, operating risks, and emergency access routes of both hotels; Operating standards, departmental procedures, and TRIBE & ibis Styles appearance guidelines; Applicable legal requirements and evidence-handling procedures.

Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
