HIRING: AI ENGINEER - LLM | 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
Job Responsibilities
Research, develop, and deploy LLM/Generative AI solutions for internal products and client projects.
Explore and evaluate the latest LLM technologies and AI research.
Experiment with state-of-the-art models and integrate them into production systems.
Build and optimize RAG, AI Agents, and LLM-powered applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world AI solutions.
Requirements
Must-Have
3+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP or related fields.
Good English communication skills.
Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, LLM Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering.
Ability to read research papers, conduct experiments, evaluate models, and implement AI solutions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience deploying AI models in production.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph.
Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Personal AI projects, GitHub portfolio, or open-source contributions.
