• Experience with SolidCAM and/or Mastercam on CNC programming, CAD Modelling in Solidworks
• Studies prints and job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut and determines sequence of operations.
• Modelling and Preparing fixtures for the job on machine to perform the part follow the print
• Writes NC program of machine with setup-sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of machine.
• Determines reference points and direction of machine cutting paths.
• Computes angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part.
• Revises program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of machining practices, measurement and evaluation skills, and tooling applications.
• Complete machine setups on a wide variety of specialized and production equipment.
• Generate first article/first piece product for inspection. Make required adjustments to equipment or programming to maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
• Use, knowledge of measuring tools (dial calipers, ID gauge, threat gauges, height gauges, etc).
• Collaborates with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining problems.
• Setup and operate machinery to cut shape or form metal to specifications and ensure conformity of finished work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

• Ability to commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to take direction from supervisor.
• Ability to keep required job schedules.
• Ability to focus attention on details.

• Fixed 13th month salary
• 14th month bonus: this bonus will be based on KPI
• Work only 2 Saturdays a month
• Work from home follow US time.
