Pico Play is an agile company within the field of themed attractions and entertainment offering a position for a motivated CNC Programmer to be based in Vietnam, Hai Duong.
• Develop, write, and modify CNC programs for production machines based on technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
• Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the design, engineering, and fabrication teams to interpret blueprints and create accurate production parts.
• Set up and calibrate machinery before production runs, ensuring proper tools and materials are used.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CNC machine operation and programming.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that parts meet design specifications and tolerances.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize machine downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new CNC programming techniques, and advancements in machining technologies.
• Maintain and follow safety protocols, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Yêu cầu
• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with a strong understanding of CNC machining and programming.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), G-code programming, Router CNC, Laser CNC, and Fusion.
• Experience with various materials (e.g., metals, plastics, wood) and familiarity with their machining properties.
• Experience in the themed entertainment or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of robotics and automation in CNC machining.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
