Mô tả công việc
A Mentor serves as a trusted friend and guide to a student at TALEED Academy. S/he helps to ensure that the student develops important academic and life skills, is exposed to new opportunities and a wide array of resources, makes positive life choices, stays in school, and graduates with a plan for pursuing post-secondary education.
Key accountabilities:
- Be responsible for the general consultation target of the department
- Be the first contact of information to and from other relevant department within the company
- Contribute ideas and assist on the marketing campaigns of the company
- Coordinate well with Marketing and Sales Department as well as Admission on the training or delivering ideas for business
- Discover and expand the network of interns, guest speakers and partners as well as the new necessary skill courses for Scholly
- Giving consultation to the students on choosing proper universities and majors
- Manage the student database, consolidate and divide to the IEC staff
- Managing the Scholly extra courses as well as the consultation quality of Scholly staff
- Set up the daily, weekly, monthly working schedule for the division in charge
- Suggest ideas to improve the customer service quality to make sure the efficient working pace
- Take part in or arrange staff to join the events by TALEED Academy
- Update regularly on the study abroad market and competitors. Report and suggest solutions for the new actions from the competitors as well
- Work on the course plan and cooperate with the Academics on the detailed class schedule.
Yêu cầu
- A native Vietnamese national who graduate from colleges and universities in Europe, North America, Australia, or Singapore. Consideration will also go to those studied in Vietnamese prestigious universities.
- BS or MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
- At least 01 year of experience demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a professional services environment;
- Excellent communication skill and be able to inspire the students with life experiences
- A team player combined with a high degree of work ethics and integrity
- English is the language of teaching and communication at TALEED ACADEMY Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 6.5 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines).
