Job Summary
To oversee the Collection Team across North The job holder will manage the Field Team through various strategies and tactics applicable, tracking and monitoring of collection activities to have the best results in the quality and collection performance. To ensure the team is on track with their productivity and collection to meet the business plan target
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Establishing a good rapport with the Field collection team on forming strategies to be implemented and secure feedbacks and support from tele collection on account information that will improve the field performance.
- Checking and reviewing the DAILY Collection Performance Tracker, Productivity per Bucket and Daily Collector's Report.
- Discussing and strategizing with his team on how to improve the collection performance and new strategies to be implemented to tide the gap.
- Conducting spot checking and reviewing of the DCR (Daily Collector report) submitted by the field collectors specially those who are not meeting the minimum requirement for # of cases to be visited per day and with poor collection performance.
- Conducting spot field collection visits to validate the result of field collectors and may call the customers directly for checking.
- Ensuring 100% coverage of cases allocated to field collection team assigned.
- Monitoring the field collection activities done by the team and supporting in field collection as needed.
- Motivating and driving the team to meet the targets set every month by proper coaching and guidance.
- Supporting in interviewing/evaluating qualified candidates for field collectors/team leaders when needed.
Job Requirements
- Education: College graduated or above, preferable business course degree holder
- Working experience: Min 5-10 years collection experience as team leader/supervisor/manager and willing to do field collections
- Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:
- Consumer finance business, collection system
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversify of individuals at all organization levels
- Should be confident, aggressive and have a flair for Team Management
- Integrity, innovative, customer service, collaborative
- Ability to speak and write in English at advance level
