Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of one of the global social networking services for the position of Commercial Manager to build up the potential business in Vietnam market. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
As a Commercial Manager, we expect you to ensure our commercial business as well as the Vietnamese team to operate at the peak by building investment processes and aligning with key stakeholders. This role will work closely with Head of Commercial (SEA) as well as functional leaders across the region to deepen relationships and build alignments.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maximize sales lead for both the clients and the business;
· Provide trustful advice with complex business decisions, offering realistic and inspiring routes to the success;
· Create and manage commercial agreements involving trading agreements, business deals and barter (as and when necessary) with Media agencies, direct agencies etc.;
· Support the Head of Trading (SEA) in analyzing and evolving trading relationships and working towards expanding the portfolio of media partners;
· Liaise closely with the global headquarter on potential global agreements which will need to be disseminated through the SEA region;
· You will be expected to drive collaboration across all business divisions at all the time.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
· More than 7 years of experience in marketing field or related industry.
· Intensive knowledge of media ecosystem, digital players in Vietnamese market;
· Strong network among Vietnamese media agencies and direct clients;
· Good problem solver, creative thinker, strong analytical skills and business acumen;
· Experience in trading both digital and television is desirable;
· Experience in handling agency volume bonuses, trading terms, quarterly business reviews, course corrections etc.;
· In-depth knowledge of media channels and Industry systems and tools;
· Highly level of energy that helps cultivate a positive social and high performing culture;
· A strong, proactive and energetic mindset that is adaptive to internal teams and client interactions;
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail with an emphasis on financial acumen to manage revenue tracking and forecasting of all agreements;
· Represent team when issues arise that require a face-to-face meeting;
· Lead quality control of work and documents leaving the business and ensure strict business rules and compliance in line with the business and industry;
· Quickly catch up with the latest media trends that are most relevant for our customer portfolios.
