1. Summary:
To performs procedural tasks where steps or tactics are often prescribed; some problem-solving ability is required.
2. Responsibility
• Daily Operation of Department (Functional Work):
• Implement Petrochemical products offtake agreements, assigned scope in relation to spot sale for related products, intermediates smoothly.
• The tasks include: carry out SAP works, confirm invoice (price, quantity,etc.) and follow up payments.
• Coordinate with related Departments, Sections and related parties to arrange products, intermediates deliveries to offtakers / spot buyers.
• Coordinate with Accounting to prepare and issue invoices as well as to ensure completion of payment dossiers handed over to customers and receive payments on time.
• Control and keep documents, records, invoices and data in accuracy and consistency.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with offtakers, spot buyers.
• Procurement: Support others by carrying out simple procurement tasks. Involves following established procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and complete of internal and external reports related to Petrochemical products & relevant intermediate sales required by Authorities, Sponsors, Lenders, Management and Commercial Department Manager.
• Budgeting: Carry out simple tasks as part of the budgeting process.
• Project Management: Complete assignments from Manager and Leader in projects related to sales of Petrochemical products and relevant intermediates.
• Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors.
Yêu cầu
Educational Level : University or College
Specialty/Qualification : Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Commercial, Finance, Refinery Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
Work Experience : 1-3 years experience in Oil & gas, Economics, Commercial, Trading, Supply chain, Finance, Refinery & manufacturing, Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
Leadership/management experience : NA
Skills :
• English: Advanced level in both written and communication.
• Good knowledge, understanding about Petrochemical products market in South East Asia especially in Vietnam.
• Good knowledge and understanding of sales policies and procedures.
• Good knowledgeable about the Off-site facility design and Off-site operation of Refinery.
• Experience in contract negotiation and implementation.
• Experience in working procedures preparation.
• Have good report writing and presentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
