Mô tả công việc
The main duties are to support our internal and external communications strategy, write and disseminate publicity material, respond to inquiries from the public and media, and coordinate promotional events; Develop the content for the marketing and branding activities of the university.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on VGU target audience.
Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists, and maintain a media database.
Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of VGU, and coordinate publicity events as required.
Create and manage a broad range of high quality, compelling content assets to inspire, educate and engage, while promoting the university.
Regularly produce various content types including email, social media posts, VGU's website, blogs, advertising, member communications, news releases, annual reports, online advertisement; Edit content produced by other members of the marketing team.
Enhance audience personal and develop content, social media, and outreach strategies to attract and nurture relationships across all channels.
SEO planning for the university website.
Actively manage and promote our blog, website and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics, metrics and makes changes as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
Collaborate with all departments to build and manage an effective content and editorial calendar that supports university growth goals.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users on social platforms and online communities. Make initial responses script to inquiries, complaints, and comments through social media or other online review sites or communities, and coordinate escalations or further communications.
Attending events as required out of normal office hours.
Occasional weekend work (a day in lieu will be implemented).
Occasional travel to other areas across Vietnam for up to 5 days.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree, or relevance in marketing, public relation, and media
At least 2 year-experience content writing for media, preferably some experience in the education sector
Thorough understanding of content and social media marketing, and related platforms
Good knowledge of the national and international Higher Education market in Vietnam
Good understanding of promotional channels for Higher Education in Vietnam
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Creative thinker with ability to use data to information decisions.
Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese
Excellent in English writting and communication.
Secure command of Office computer programs including basic statistical analysis, manage databases
Able to work in as in a team as well as independently
Professional attitude in all situations, ability to work under pressure and ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
Ability to act self-confident in an international working environment.
