- External and internal communication plan of each project: Work closely with the Director, Communication Manager and staff of VSF to identify the external and internal communication needs. And then develop the communication plan, including the budget plan.
- Carry out the external and internal communication plan of each project, as well as monitor, evaluate, and report
- Perform the payment procedure for the communication activities of each program / project
- In charge of manage the brand image of VSF with all communication products of all projects; ensure compliance with the approved corporate identity program/CIP
- Manage and update information of the projects the VSF's website, fanpage, instagram, youtube.
- Assist the Director in seeking and developing/maintaining relationships with donors and partners
- Conduct tasks as required
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of BA in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or similar fields
- Preferred have 3 years' experience in the communication and mass media function
- 2 years' experience in the same position
- Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese and English
- Good network with journalists / press and government officers.
- Good in communication, presentation & negotiation
- Ability to handle communication crisis
- Ability to plan and implement communication plan, including online campaign, articles
- Having skills in design (familiar with design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar), film-making, and photography skill
- Proficient in operating social networking sites, website administration, using effective measurement tools.
- Able to travel to project areas on a regular basis
