Job overview: Implement communications activities, manage content and CRM operations, and support event organization to enhance AIT Vietnam's image and communications effectiveness.
1. Communications Content Development
Develop and publish content for the website, Facebook page, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels.
Identify and develop stories about students, alumni, faculty members, partners, and AIT Vietnam's activities.
Produce articles, interviews, success stories, testimonials, news updates, and inspirational content.
Coordinate the production of multimedia content, including images, short videos, and other digital content.
2. Communication Channel Management
Update and manage website content.
Manage and maintain social media channels.
Monitor engagement and recommend improvements to communications effectiveness.
3. CRM Administration
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
Monitor the lead-handling status of relevant units.
Consolidate and report data as required.
Note: This position does not directly provide admissions consulting or engage in lead nurturing/customer follow-up activities.
4. Marketing Support
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing and communications service providers.
Consolidate data and report on campaign effectiveness.
5. Event Organization Support
Carry out assigned tasks during event organization and implementation.
Coordinate with relevant units to execute events.
Support event coordination and serve as an MC/moderator when necessary.
Implement communications activities before, during, and after events.
6. Others related to office work may be assigned by the Executive Director and Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Strong writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to gather information, conduct interviews, and develop compelling stories (storytelling).
Strong communication, presentation, and event-hosting skills.
Proficiency in office applications, Canva, AI tools, and digital communications platforms.
Proactive, creative, and a strong team player.
