Mô tả công việc
• Champion the company's image and reputation through proactive communication initiatives aligned with Central Retail Vietnam's business operations and expansion.
• Enhance brand credibility and trust among external stakeholders through powerful campaigns, community engagement, and business performance highlights.
• Strengthen media and social media relations as part of the company's advocacy strategy.
• Act as a trusted partner to internal departments by providing expert communications guidance on media, social media, corporate campaigns, store communications, and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Communications & Campaigns
• Support the Head of Communications in developing and executing annual corporate communications strategies and campaign plans.
• Drive PR & Communications planning for Central Retail, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Lead and manage corporate PR campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and stakeholder perception.
• Produce PR articles in both Vietnamese and English for events, activities, and ad hoc media requests.
• Manage daily content production for social media posts based on events and activities.
• Drive storytelling initiatives aligned with "Better for Vietnam" initiatives and business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications with business units to ensure alignment and amplification of company messages.
External Media & Social Media Management
• Manage and oversee official corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with a consistent brand voice and content calendar.
• Track social media and traditional media daily (via our social listening service) to identify and mitigate potential issues that could escalate into crises.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with national and regional media, especially in provinces where the company operates.
• Handle adhoc media enquiries from Vietnam and Thailand.
• Measure Central Retail's brand health monthly across both traditional and social media.
• Ensure timely and effective responses to media inquiries and public issues.
Issues & Crisis Communication
• Participate in risk and reputation management, including drafting holding statements, Q&A, and key messages during sensitive situations.
• Support crisis communication efforts to minimize reputational impact.
CSR, CSV & Sustainability Communications
• Collaborate on and support communications related to corporate social responsibility (CSR), creating shared value (CSV), and sustainability efforts.
• Highlight business impact stories that demonstrate contribution to a 'Better Vietnam.'
Internal Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Share news with HR for employee communications.
• Support the Director in preparing monthly and quarterly media reports to CEO's and Thailand HQ.
• Coordinate with Thailand's PR & Communications team on a daily or weekly basis.
• Liaise with Central Retail/Central Group (Thailand) to align communication efforts, share updates, and support mutual campaigns.
Agency & Vendor Management
• Manage external communication agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of communication outputs.
• Ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all communication channels and materials.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape and business dynamics in Vietnam.
• Proven experience managing media, campaigns, and external stakeholder communications.
• Excellent writing and storytelling in both English and Vietnamese.
• Social media management and content planning.
• Event planning and execution.
• Strong presentation and visual communication skills.
• Project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Agency and budget management.
• Resilient, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel for business trips.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Business, or related field.
• Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Office Tools: Strong in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; familiarity with social media dashboards and media monitoring tools is a plus.
