We are seeking a talented blockchain Community Growth to join our team and help us communicate our vision, accomplishments, and technological advancements to the world.
Responsibilities:
Community management
Actively engage with the community across various channels (Discord & Telegram) to foster a positive and inclusive environment
Moderate community discussions to ensure that conversations are respectful, on-topic, and adhere to community guidelines.
Keep track of community sentiment and report any issues or trends to senior team members.
Address community members' questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and helpful manner.
Plan & organize virtual or in-person events, AMAs (Ask-Me-Anything sessions), workshops, and other initiatives to encourage community participation and knowledge-sharing.
KOL / Ambassador management
Build strong relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Identify and collaborate with community ambassadors, advocates, and industry partners to expand the community reach and foster strategic partnerships.
Content & seeding
Create engaging and compelling content strategy (news, market update, trending) to keep the community informed about project updates, news, and relevant industry trends.
Implement high quality scripts / content to trigger meaningful discussions and threads to encourage community engagement and interaction.
Others
Explore new channels and platforms to expand the community reach.
Research new case study of community growth hack.
Support ECO team for other marketing activities.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in community management, social media, or a similar role.
6-12 months skin in the game with crypto market at any role (trader, investor, holder).
Fair understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.
Knowledge of marketing and growth strategies for online communities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
