Department: Human Resources
Division: Supporting
Location: Head Office, Tan Son Nhat Airport, Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam
Reports to: Head of Human Resources.
Main role:
- Develop, manage and monitor the implementation of policies relating to salaries, bonuses and employee benefits in order to impact positively on the company's staff performed achieve business goals of the company.
- Budget management personnel of the company guaranteed under the approved plan.
Responsibilities:
- Assist manager in Compensation issues including of Tax finalization; salary and benefit
- Support strong communication to be enable staff understanding of their rights & obligations.
- Strong supporting to Staff engagement
- Participate in the divisional management team meetings
- Researching & scrutinizing the general factor as government policies, tax structure changing and market conditions.
- Identify training needs for C&B team and individual executive coaching needs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees to follow HR policies.
- Copperate with Line managers to build HR Budget related to SBU and company for Salary, benefit program annually.
- Implementation and manage Salary & Benefit budget to comply with the annual plan.
Payroll for Expatriate employees :
- Prepare, process and distribute payroll.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
- Supervise Compulsory Insurance and labor book process
Reward and Compensation :
- Cooperate with HRBP Manager build labor metric and policies related to performance appraisal criteria. Participate into process of performance appraisal at SBU
- Manage compensation policies/procedure
- Liaise with union representative to resolve labor relation with C&B issues
- Liaise with Social insurance; Tax Office related to the Employment issues in periodically
- Manage an Awards Recognition Program.
- Lease with IT vendors to set up and maintain HRIS system for the task of C&B.
Benefits Administration :
- Tracking and follow up annual leave and other benefit of the permanent staff.
- Arrangement all the events related to staff benefits. Administrative procedures to implement the benefit/event program of the company.
Performance appraisal :
- Follow up the KPI & Performance Appraisal process to make sure it link with C&B program.
- To assist HRBP build up motivation program comply with budget setting.
- Consolidating performance result for salary review every year.
Assisting in Recruitment :
- Provide the data of salary range for recruitment when it is required.
- In charge of set up new profile and follow up the probation evaluation for labor contract arrangement.
Employee Data management
- Be responsible about the data of headcount reporting for HR Manager sign off before uploading into system.
Reporting
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Reporting periodically and ad-hoc report base on the requirement of government and management board of company.
Safety and security responsibility
- Has responsibility for personal safety, security and health & wellbeing.
- Ensure all personnel fully and openly cooperate in safety/ security investigation without prejudice.
- Ensure sufficient resources are allocated to meet internal and external operational safety and security requirements.
- Attend safety governance committee meetings as required.
Others
- Set up HR Dashboard and other information related to HR management. Deadline & quality information of reporting
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time / by the Head of Human Resources.

- Internal Relationship: internal HR department; of units of the Company.

Knowledge, and experience:
- University Graduated. At least 3 years in HR Supervisor role. Prefer in Aviation industry.
- Foreign Language: English fluently, particularly good communication skills (TOEIC 600 equivalent).
- Computing: proficient use of office computer applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, ...) and HR Software.
