Mô tả công việc
Assist Total Rewards team in the operations of all C&B activities: labor contracts, policies, and benefits, timesheets.
Follow up and handle the documents on the on-board and resignation process.
Support to organize and store employees' records.
Other C&B duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
For 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related major
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
Having the knowledge of Labour Law is preferred.
Proficient in English especially writing skill. Hardworking and positive thinking, well-organized mindset, and a proactive attitude
Be able to join at least 6-months full-time internship
Communicate clearly both written and verbal
