Mô tả công việc

Lead the development and roll-out of local policies, procedures and systems to support the implementation of the Compliance framework and provide guidance, information and education on compliance-related matters.
Monitor and manage Legatrix system to meet compliance requirements as requested by HQ compliance.
Act as the center of expertise and provide timely guidance to the business for all questions of interpretation for compliance policies of the company;
Responsible for driving awareness of the importance of compliance through frequent online and offline training and identify areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and propose plans to prevent and detect conduct inconsistent in the organization
Support the establishment of lines of communication to facilitate the reporting of potential compliance issues
Lead Local Compliance Committee with appropriate membership and participation by the business and relevant support functions. Develop internal audit plan and implementation the audit based on risk assessment and exceptional analysis report, especially focusing on developing and implementing commercial audit on the area of distributor inventory, visibility activities and sales rep cost to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulation.
Report risks/ findings which identify base on the audit program and agreed action plan and Follow-up aligned action plans to ensure risks is mitigated or minimized.
Perform the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activity in the company as request and report the results to Management. Conduct or participate in internal investigations of allegations of potential violations of company policies or the law
Coordinate with business functions to monitor and control risks, compliance, external audit and drive actions plan for Back office, Sales and Factories to ensure risks are mitigated and compliant with safety criteria and regulations
Support and give advice to business functions to automate and strengthen management control and compliance.

Yêu cầu

Degree in Audit and Assurance or Legal
5+ years of work experience as an internal auditor, internal controller, or compliance officer
Broad experience of advising on compliance matters
Commercial experience or experience advising the business on commercial hygiene matters preferred
Experience in the food and/or FMCG industry is preferable
Frequent traveling to fields across Vietnam is required
