Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage factory compliance audits to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Working with Auditor for inspection period and required cerfiticate from customers
• Following to QMS standard work acordingly
• Work closely with US, UK, GU, CA... brand compliance teams to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal compliance policies aligned with industry best practices.
• Coodinate with compliance team about the solving roof cause.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop corrective action plans to address compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ethical sourcing, environmental sustainability, and labor law compliance.
• Stay updated on global compliance trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Train and educate internal teams on compliance standards and audit requirements.

Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in auditing and compliance within the textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of factory compliance audits, sustainability standards, and certification processes.
• Experience working with US brand compliance teams is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple compliance projects.

- Working from Monday - Friday and 1⁄2 Saturday.
- Location: Nam & Co Building - Anh Dung - Duong Kinh - Hai Phong
