JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
• Design and implement marketing and branding strategies to strengthen VTCE's
positioning and align with the company's vision and mission.
• Manage the branding roadmap, ensuring consistency across all sub-brands.
Integrated Communication Management:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to promote brand
identity and awareness.
• Oversee content creation, PR, creative (design and video), and
digital marketingfunctions.
• Ensure all materials (articles, videos, press releases, landing pages, websites, etc.) are
high-quality, up-to-date, and engaging.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor PR, creative, digital, and marketing teams to deliver impactful
campaigns.
• Foster collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to execute
strategic campaigns.
Market Research & Audience Insights:
• Analyze market research data to identify target audiences and create effective outreach
strategies.
• Track trends and competition to ensure the brand stays relevant and competitive.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners such as MOET, Youth Union,
and other key institutions for joint programs and collaborations.
• Represent VTCE in public forums and events to promote the brand effectively.
Performance Measurement:
• Track and evaluate the success of branding campaigns through KPIs and reporting.
• Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Budget Management:
• Manage the branding budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet
objectives.
• Evaluate ROI for branding initiatives and optimize spending where necessary.
2. Others:
• To be assigned by Marketing Director.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break, from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm).
• Have personal laptop
• Bachelor's Degree or above (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics etc)
• At least 3 years experience in the same position preferably in education industry. Experience in managing a diverse team of 7-10 members.
• Other skills:
- Proficiency in English is required;
- Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams;
- Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand;
- Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure;
- High level of integrity;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail.
