Mô tả công việc
Prepare and update labor management system docs (SOP, Procedure, Instruction, regulation etc.)
Check Weekly and Monthly Time attendance (TA).
Control monthly TA of maternity workers with Clinic staff.
Check employee's labor contracts.
Control Grievance Mechanism from the workers; assist for MGM in investigates complaints of labor law violations.
Notify noncompliance and discusses conformance problems and possible solutions to management.
Check warning letters and disciplinary procedure and control Harassment & abuse.
Prepare labor training materials relating to labor management/compliance.
Perform and fully attend in social compliance audits, make labor Corrective Action Plan and take action properly.
Assist and conduct labor compliance training classes/seminars for all related workers.
Prepare and fully attend training from buyers and Better Work.
Take part in Social Dialogue and PICC meeting and conduct follow-up improvement process.
Arrange training courses for workers in Company.

* Requirements:
+ Female, Age: 18-35
+ English fluently.
+ Good at MS Officer.
+ Ability to work independently
