Purpose of Job:
A compliance manager job description to handle Buyer and code of conduct audit independently. To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) after completing of Compliance Audit & keep all relevant documents. Ensure all compliance issues of a fully factory Ethical compliance on daily basis. Compliance policies execute for company. Managing & monitoring employee's health, safety & environmental issues in the entire factory premises. Managing Employee and Labor-Management Relations. Monitoring, follow up and supervise to Assistant compliance officer, Fire & health and safety staff.
Other assigned duty by General Director
Main Duties:
1.To ensure that all personnel are in compliance with local law, corporate standards & procedures, Labour Code and the Code of Conduct of Buyers and Delta Galil Vietnam.
2.To ensure workers fire safety, fire prevention, fire equipment, health & safety & comfortable environment at work place.
3.To be knowledgeable and maintain up to date master data (local law, safety rules, procedures, machinery, dangerous goods, training records, etc).
4.To manage accidents or incidents as they occur, to contain issue, to report and propose corrective and preventive actions.
5.To monitor staff training in the prevention of risks.
6.To monitor and conduct Health & Safety awareness trainings for new employees.
7.To perform when social compliance audit..
8.To keep evacuation drawings and procedure up to date and clearly available to all staff. To organise evacuation drills twice a year.
9.To monitor and implement a regular audit plan (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually as appropriate).
10.To briefing the employees about all facilities of company, mandatory safety instruction including all "do's & Don'ts".
11.To ensure that contractors are accompanied at all times whilst pursuing a specific repair or installation activity on site.
12.To develop and implement a communication plan to staff on risks, prevention of risks but also on accidents and investigation findings.
13.To run safety committee along with employees' reps, company doctor and labour inspector. Ensure that it meets regularly, as clear objectives and produces an annual report.
14.Continue having contacts and meetings, when necessary, with relevant authorities and third party auditors on EHS as well as Operation Audit related issues.
15.And any other work assigned by the Management.
